Tony has worked over 34 years in the employment and training industry with senior management roles in ASX listed, private and not for profit companies, State and Federal Government agencies.

Tony was a founding shareholder and director of Skill Hire, initiating the integral integrated offering of government services, recruitment, training and apprenticeships and traineeship service portfolio. Tony held roles of Managing Director (17 Years), Chief Executive Officer (3 Years), and Chairman (3 Years) while at Skill Hire.

Tony is Chairman and Director of the McGovern Foundation, Non- Executive Director of Interpredata and is assisting in the development of several Aboriginal owned small businesses. Former directorships within the last three years include a Non-Executive Director of Learning Lifelines, a company assisting disadvantaged youth to access online training capability.
